Recommendations for Success

Getting the Most Out of MAP

Success in MAP Program starts with engaging in our daily Morning Accountability Sessions (Monday–Friday), where we reflect on progress, set daily goals, and plan for potential challenges. Consistency is key—make these sessions part of your routine and attend as often as possible.
Tips for Success
  • Attend regularly and be on time.
  • Actively participate with a growth mindset.
  • Use a computer or tablet for the best experience (phones are okay but less ideal).
Ground Rules
  • Be respectful, kind, and inclusive.
  • Avoid profanity or offensive language.
  • Save personal inquiries for Office Hours or reach out to us after sessions.
  • Live sessions and other program resources are for skill-building and productivity support, not crisis intervention. If you need immediate mental health support, please contact a professional or crisis resource.
