How the MAP Program Works

The Motivation and Productivity (MAP) Program is a subscription program for adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges who seek to improve productivity and motivation through structured support. The program is particularly relevant for those struggling with consistent habits, accountability, and skill-building in their daily routines.

 Subscribe to the Program

For just $60 a month, members get access to daily morning sessions, skill-building workshops, and office hours—a significant discount from the regular $60/month rate! Members can cancel their subscription online at anytime.  

 Join Daily Morning Meetings

These sessions help participants build consistency, create structure, and stay motivated with the help of live, real-time accountability. Morning Sessions are offered twice daily on weekdays.

 Attend Skill-Building Workshops

Skill-building workshops help participants develop practical, action-oriented strategies to support long-term success and improved Executive Functioning. These workshops are held on weekday evenings and offered as recordings for those who cannot attend live.

 Join Work Sprints for Support

Struggling to get started or stay focused? Work Sprints are live, expert-led co-working sessions designed to help you tackle your to-do list with the power of body doubling, the practice of working alongside others to improve focus and motivation.
